James shot this beautiful black bear in the spring of 2009 while on a hunt with his uncle Jeff Hassler. The bear scores well over the entry requirements for Pope and Young record book. James also shot a great buck with the same bow on Sept 29 2009 (see other entry). The buck scores WAY over entry level for Pope & Young and according to green measurements will also qualify for Boone & Crockett all time record book.
